How do I know if I might be eligible for this claim?

Under this arrangement, purchases are not subject to interest charges if the entire balance is paid off within a specified promotional period, such as 6 or 12 months. However, if the balance is not fully paid by the end of this period, interest is charged retroactively from the date of the purchase at the card's standard annual percentage rate (APR).
